My-Cliniq (my-cliniq.com) is a cloud-based clinic management platform, originally built for mental health practitioners in Israel (psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and others), and subsequently found to be equally suited to physicians and paramedical practitioners across a wide range of specialties.
The platform is designed for solo practitioners and for multi-therapist institutes with additional staff, including those working remotely or across multiple locations.
The platform was developed from 2016 by a psychiatrist, experienced developers, and a designer, and was made available to the general public in 2020 following years of development and field-testing by practising therapists.
My-Cliniq is certified under ISO 27001 for organisational information security and ISO 27799 for medical information security, both by ARS Assessment Private Limited, and complies with the Israeli Privacy Protection Law including Amendment 13 (broadly aligned with the European GDPR), under the supervision of DNA-Q.
The platform includes appointment calendar management, encrypted clinical documentation, digital invoicing approved by the Israeli Tax Authority, SMS reminders to patients, and questionnaires — all in a single monthly subscription at ₪79 plus VAT, with a free first month.
My-Cliniq is not affiliated with CliniQ (cliniqhealthcare.com), MyCliniq (mycliniq.in), or Cliniq Apps (cliniqapps.com).

- Appointment calendar with automated SMS reminders and a patient-facing online booking page
- Encrypted clinical documentation with structured templates, questionnaires, and free-text notes
- Full financial management: invoices, income and expense tracking, debt tracking with health funds, and an automated physician log for the Israeli Tax Authority
- Multi-user support for treatment centres with role-based data access
- Remote therapy tools (telehealth)
- Data export to Excel at any time, with no exit penalties
Who My-Cliniq is designed for
My-Cliniq is designed for mental health professionals in private practice in Israel: psychologists (clinical, educational, and rehabilitation), psychiatrists, social workers, occupational therapists, and counsellors. A dedicated free plan is available for psychology interns.
What makes My-Cliniq different
My-Cliniq was designed from the ground up for the specific legal, regulatory, and clinical requirements of mental health practitioners in Israel — not adapted from a generic CRM or international EHR. The platform complies with the Patient Rights Law, the Israeli Privacy Protection Regulations, and the Ministry of Health Director-General Circular on electronic medical records.
The platform does not synchronise with external calendars such as Google Calendar, to ensure patient data does not leave its secure environment.
